There is currently a Sky Broadband and Sky Talk outage in parts of London, after thieves attempted to steal copper and damaged fibres in the process that form part of Openreach’s network at a site in West London (Great West Road) on 10 December. We understand up to 37,000 Sky customers have been affected in the following areas:
Stamford Hill
Dartford
Ewell
Mitcham
Battersea
Chiswick
Wimbledon
Hampstead
Beulah Hill

We will keep you informed with any updates as soon as we receive them and are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Other than Easynet, I do not know which other ISPs have been directly affected by these events, but I understand that the damage is quite severe.
