i dont understand, how this is even possible.. upload speed bigger than download ? hehe. to be honest, it's first time i'm seeing this. although, it has problems EVERY day. i got better connection back in lithuania, with only 100kb/s internet, at least you could stream videos normally. here... im out of words, really. bigger speed but you can't do anything on net world. i'm having problems even now while were registering/posting. cute, i can say how internet providers doesn't know what they do. even if, it's like it's very hard to fix problems. what would happen if i didn't knew how to do job i'm assigned to.. won't make sense. yet, somehow you manage to slip trough..
