Sky TV phone line requirements

Hi,

I am due to have Sky TV installed on Saturday but am unsure if I can. I am with BT for broadband and calls, phone is currently incoming calls only (BT bill dispute) service has been restricted, which I'm fine with until I deal with them, will I still be able to have Sky TV installed?
