Over the past month or so the general performance of my 40/10 connection has dropped noticeably, I'm presuming because of congestion at the exchange. I have a SamKnows Whitebox and the graph below shows the general downward trend since the start of the year (since installation around 18 months ago I have had pretty much constant 36-37Mbps down and 8-9 Mbps up).

The SamKnows reports have also started showing significant packet loss, as can be seen by the graph below (for the same period).

I'm on the Penicuik (ESPCK) exchange (just south of Edinburgh), is anybody else on this exchange and noticed similar problems? If Scubbie could use her contacts to find out if there is a known problem with congestion I'd be most grateful :)
