Im looking at reseting my laptop back to factory settings, but i dont want to loose all my e-mail folders and e-mails, currently using outlook 07, as my main e-mail, although i do have sky e-mail( yahoo), how can i do this, can someone please post an idiots!! :D, guide on this or point me in right direction, thanks
