Hello first post, but unfortunately is asking for help
This is an odd one (although probably not for someone who knows what they're doing :radar:) My Sky box has always been connected to my Sky hub via an ethernet cable. I used the Sky+ app on my phone to control it for about 6 months.
One day the App stopped working, telling me there were no Sky boxes on the network.... :mask: I then noticed the Sky+ light on the Sky hub had gone off. Odd thing is I can still access all the on-demand services on the sky box so it must be connected.
When I go into the router settings to see what is connected the Sky box is showing up as UNKNOWN??? I've re-booted the router and updated the Sky box and checked and changed the cable but still its not being recognised.
Any ideas??
