Settings changed after DLM

DLM suddenly kicked in again on my line and today I have the following message in My Sky:


Your Connection Details
We constantly monitor your line to make sure it has been set to support the fastest speed possible whilst maintaining a stable connection.

Line connection testing completed on 09/06/2014, resulting in the following settings:

Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 16.4Mbps .

Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 2.6Mbps .

These line settings make sure that your line maintains a stable connection.

Looks good, I was only getting 14Mbps before, and I thought 1.3Mbps was the maximum upload. However when I look at my router stats I get:

Is there anything I can do to get the speeds to which the DLM has set my line? Surely if that's what the testing says I should have, that should be what I get? I am using the new black Sky Hub
