Very unhappy Sky customer, Recieving Unlimited broadband but it's anything but! We've been loyal Sky Customers for years but we're at the end of our terror now and 90% sure a move to Talk Talk or other is the only satisfactory option.
We seem to always be on the phone fighting with Sky who's only answer is to send someone out to then tell us it's fine, but it's far from fine. Been paying for speeds at a fraction of what we're promised, and now i see that people on lower broadband packages are getting a faster more reliable service just haunts me.

For years we've hobbled through, but now it's getting even slower and cutting out more than twice an hour, it can be very irritating when trying to do applications and college work that requires a stable connection.
Considering we could be paying over half the price for 8x the speed elsewhere, i don;t see any reason to stay with Sky, especially now with the TV On Demand dependent on the router, the TV is running on slow speeds and buffering every 10 minutes.
The router set-up is just as sky wants it, and the Micro-Filters have been changed several times but nothing seems to work, any last advice would be much appreciated as a last resort before cancellation.
Thanks in advance.
