emails with attachments duplicated

Hi, a family friend uses Sky email (Yahoo) through Outlook 11 (got this from the mail header), if he receives an email with an attachment the it duplicates in his inbox, sometimes 20+ times, sometimes a couple.
It's only just started happening recently, it was never a problem in the past. If there's no attachment then there's no problem.

Any advice?
