extracting passwords from NEW SKY SR102 Router/modem all in one

how can i extract the information i need so that i can get rid of this SKY SR102 and use another router. also advise on setup of a cheap but good 1 gigabit router please as i have installed a gigabit lan card TP-Link TG-3468 on my PC instead of the old onboard PCIE Family #2 100Mbps ethernet lan.

1. so please need help extracting information required to use another router with a BT openreach Modem i have as a spare.
2. a good but cheap 1 Gigabit router
3. how to set it up.
