Happy(ish)

Just had my Fibre installed by Openreach.

Everything went well, the guy was chatty.
Got Fibre working all brilliant, no issues.

It was only until 2 hours ago when I tested to make an outbound call that it wouldn't make any and would say that the number isn't recognised. Even though it is a correct number.

I thought maybe the line is still provisioning.
Checked in the test socket behind the faceplate and outbound calls worked fine.
Checked the cables going into the face plate and the OR engineer had put the 2 blue cables the wrong way round.

I have since changed this and now it works perfectly fine.

On Sky's part though everything has gone well.
