I have been having issues with my internet connection for a while and the problem has slowly gotten worse. I have talked to sky and they refuse to listen to me saying my connection is fine and that packet loss is something they don't deal with. This is affecting the service greatly and I came here looking for advice on how I should proceed in regards to fixing the problem.
Here are my router stats:
I have included two screenshots from pingplotter displaying my problem when gaming.

For some reason my screenshots were downscaled so I have uploaded them to imgur so you can more clearly see what is going on.
