Hi,
I am looking for a bit advice if anybody can help,
I have had sky fibre unlimited for around 2 months,
When I ordered it I checked the bt adsl checker to see that the max speed I could possibly get was 67mbps,
So I ordered the normal fibre unlimited 38mb,
This has been perfect since it was installed,
Then I thought I would upgrade to Sky fibre pro and get the speed that was showing when I ordered of 67mb,
Now that I have checked the bt adsl checker today it's now only telling me I can achieve 37mb at best,
I am roughly 480 metres from the fttc cab,
But when I check my neighbours details into the checker who is 5 doors up from me and on the same cab, it's offering them 60mb,
I don't understand what's happening,
How can my estimate drop from 67mb to 37mb but yet my neighbours is at 60mb,
I will attach some pics of the bt adsl checker and will also add my router stats if anybody would be kind enough to check them over,
I look forward to your replies,
Liam.![Click image for larger version.
