problems with remote record

I am trying to remote record using Sky.com and I am not the main account holder so I am using the household account. We've recently had a new box and card and have changed the recording details on the household account.

My wife (the main account holder) has succesfully used sky.com to remote record yet when I use it nothing happens.

Is there anything we need to set on the main account so I record correctly? Is there anything I need to set on my account to record correctly?
