Log all Internet traffic

Hello,

I want to monitor internet use in our home.
We have a F@ST2504n router and was wondering if it could be set to log the internet traffic passing through it?
I've had a look in the config pages but can't see anything there.
Does anyone know if this is possible with this router or how I might do it otherwise?
