I have an annoying problem. I have both Caller Display and Call Waiting on my account. Both work independently however if I am on the phone and someone tries to ring me, I receive the call waiting tone but I can not see who is actually calling me, so I have to hang up and dial 1471 to get the last caller.
This has worked 100% flawlessly in the past however I'm not sure if it stopped working after moving from Talk Talk to Sky. Can anyone advise on how to get round this issue?
