Finally...... after what seems ages.... Sky (or g.inp) have sorted my line. Since fibre install I have been flittering between 36-38mb sync speed with ping 17-25ms.
Had 2 engineers come out recently, found an HR fault at the cab and did a DLM reset.
Around 25 mins ago I had a positive change on my line :
Broadband Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 40000 kbps 7219 kbps
Line Attenuation 22.7 dB 0.0 dB
Noise Margin 7.2 dB 6.6 dB
And my ping is now around 14-15ms^^

I am around 800 metres from my fibre cab.
My SNR is also the highest it's ever been. was normally around 6.1-6.3db at this time of night.
