Sky fibre pro upgrade, forgot password

I am wanting to upgrade to fibre pro, I have forgotten my password, as it has been so long since I have rung them. It has to be at least 2 years. What are my options for when I ring up? I think I may possibly remember it, but not 100% sure.

Is there a connection/upgrade fee if I am on fibre unlimited at present?
