The basic version of Avast Business is free now, similar to the free home edition where it gives you the core antivirus free and of course they do try and sell you the "pro" version with firewall.etc just like they do with the home one. But if you just want a reasonable AV product without all the Bells and whistles then the free one isn't a bad option.

Although it's aimed at Business I thought it might be handy for people who have multiple computers because unlike the home version it can be centrally managed from a web console so you can be alerted if someone else in you family gets a virus.
It will also install on windows server unlike the home edition, I have it running on some of my machines and it seems to work quite well, I'll probably put it on the rest of them when my ESET license runs out.
