Hi. My elderly parents have a Sky account (in my Father's name). He is now 83, bed-ridden, barely speaks and can't write anymore. My Mother is also in her 80s and doesn't watch Sky as she can just about cope with the basics of switching a TV on and pressing a couple of buttons. It's ridiculous that they have been paying £20+ a month for something they haven't used for at least a year and I'd like to cancel it on their behalf but don't know if that would be possible?
