We upgraded a couple of months ago to fibre and for the first few weeks we were getting download speeds of just over 30mb which was what we were told our line would support. Now two months later we're lucky to get over 10mb at any time. Currently it's Sunday morning and using Ookla speed test several times its been less than 2mb. I have rebooted the router and am now still under 10mb which is pretty poor and certainly not what I was expecting when I upgraded to fibre. Any suggestions, do I need to ring sky and get them to check the connection/can I post router stats here?
