Sky TV around the home

I recently moved into a new property and had Sky installed in our living room. I'd like to have it fed to our bedroom and kitchen (from the same box). In my previous property this was done via coax from the RF2 socket. I can do the same, but will need to have the cabling put in, which got me thinking... Are there any other ways that any of you do this, e.g. ethernet, Wi-Fi, wireless video sender, etc?
