Skys lack of customer service!

We recently changed our package - but only on condition we would keep the F1 channel - as existing HD customers, we had had it from day one. They confirmed we would. When they switched off sky movies in error, we called them to have their mistake corrected - we were then told if we didn't keep sky sports, we would no longer have the F1 channel. So, we are either held to ranson and pay double for a set of sports channels we have absolutly no use for, or go without F1. After 3 calls - where the operators confirmed what had been agreed but another operator had made a mis-selling mistake on the new HD packages - we were advised to write to sky with our complaint. We did this nearly 2 weeks ago and received confirmation it had been received. Earlier this week, we got an automated email basically telling us they havent got time to get to our problem!!! I fear we have no choice but to contact the ombudsman, as we at least derserve the courtesy of a response from Sky!! Non existant customer service....
