DLM Set speeds to 10.2Mb/s but router still set to 5Mb

Ok, So today when I went to the My Broadband section on the Sky Website I noticed it said this:

Line connection testing completed on 06/07/2013, resulting in the following settings:

Download speed setting
Your connection has been set to a download speed of up to 10.2Mbps .

Upload speed setting
Your connection has been set to an upload speed of up to 1.1Mbps .

But I went to check the speeds reported by the router and I saw this:



Which are the same speeds they were set to before the DLM Started.
I have been turning the router off at night as I didn't know DLM had started, Would that effect it?
