Can anybody help me please?
We went from TalkTalk to Sky for telephone and broadband. Got the router through with the activation date of yesterday 29/8/13.
I waitied until i was home from work, around 6pm, and did the changeover.
It all connected fine, had internet, had the phone....happy days! Changed all the connections on our devices...no problem.
Then around 8pm I lost the connection. No smiley face of the router, no phone signal...nothing.
I unplugged everything did it all again. Still nothing.
Same this morning.
Any ideas?
