I am having trouble accessing two remote ycam ip cameras. I have enabled the inbound service as detailed on the help page;
'Allow always 192.168.0.7 (8150:8350)' and can confirm that the firewall on my laptop is not an issue as this service worked well with my previous provider.
I am able to access the cameras on my Blackberry so they are definitely up but when I go via DTDNS.net I can only get to the camera log in page. I fill the log in details and the camera is unable to connect, just leaving me with a blank screen. I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
