Sky fibre with Netgear Wndr4500

Hi. Just got fibre and trying to connect my router to the openzone modem but it fails to connect to the Internet.

Looked on the forum and there's a few posts from last year but nothing recent.

I already know my username and password for sky and entered it but still doesn't work.

Any help appreciated.
