Scrolling back through Sky Yahoo mail

Hi, Can anyone please help. I cannot scroll back through my emails any further than about one month. This has been on going for about 4-5 months now and applies to all the rest of the families accounts

I've looked under various settings but with no luck.There must be a setting somewhere or i'm doing something wrong but i cant figure out what.
