Hi Everyone, newbie here, however been reading since Sky Broadband came out but haven't recently.
I remember that it was part of the T&Cs that we cannot use 3rd part routers but not sure of the current situation.
Just got off the phone with Sky, as my router was tripping a mains fuse.
Told me that I had to buy a Sky Hub for £39.
Refused and said why are you not allowing us to use other routers. Manager said that I was in my right to go buy a new router and they had no problem with that as long as I can get it to work with Sky Broadband because they do not support it.
I've got the call details and managers employee number so can I just go out and buy a router and extract the details from my F@st2504n
Thanks
