Fibre Pro

Called Sky the other day to upgrade to fibre pro. Person on other end of phone said I didn't have fibre pro and was only being billed for normal unlimited broadband. After a him insisting that I didn't have pro I asked to speak to someone else. Spoke with someone higher up the food chain who agreed I did infact have fibre installed but there was an error with their billing and they would have to correct this before their system would allow the upgrade. Said she would call me back today (staurday).
Received the call today to upgrade to pro. After Sky did a line test they said that I couldn't, or more to the point, that it wouldn't be practical as I would only see a small percentage increase over what I am getting now and therefore not worth the extra cost. Basically my line isn't good enough for the pro.
My question is: Is there anything that I can do or do I just have to live with what I have.
