Sky GO Problem

Hi iam having real issues with sky go concerning quality and stream strength see pictures nothing has change in any way to what i have setup wise. i find it really annoying that we pay £51 Per month soon to be 52+ with price rise any way that is of no concern to this forum only the issue concerning sky go.

sky is not worth the money lately crap tv choice's and there broadband is excellent when surfing pages but abismil when watching online tv. connection is as follows 7.6mb dwn 796kps up. 1.8km from exchange.

it was working fine last week. watch the james bond channel for hours on end without a problem.

setup as followes

master socket downstairs
secondary socket in front bedroom
15m belkin hi-speed internet cable to router in the other bedroom
10m cable from router to computer in that bedroom
wifi connected pc in front bedroom 300mbps edimax

7.6mbs download as served me very well with the last providers Tiscali and lineone (sainsburys)
sky's broadband has served me adiquitly untill now i do not know whats happened of late.

please note physical setup can not change. as thats how the home owners would only allow it.
